2 Plugin with the same function

    Lately, i discovered that the Really Simple SSL has a new Hardening feature.

    And there I found 2 functions that are the same as those in the iThemes Security plugin: disabling directory browsing and disabling PHP in Uploads.

    There is the question: Since I have enabled these 2 functions on iThemes, Do I need to activate these 2 functions in the Really Simple SSL as well?
