2 pages on menu are connected in some way. Need to unlink them

I’m creating my website using the Sydney theme. Every time that I make an edit or change to my Contact page, it also automatically affects the About me page and applies the exact same edits and words to them. Both pages also have same URL. I’m not sure why it is only these 2 pages that are synced but can someone explain how to resolve it so that they can be edited separately like normal? I tried deleting only one of the pages but it deletes both as well. Going to Appearance > Menus and making adjustments doesn’t seem to be fixing it.
