2 out of 5 books don’t load

  • Hi,
    I’ve made 5 ‘books’ all of 2 pages. Some of them are loading, others aren’t, it’s very unstable. Have you got any idea what the issue might be?
    The page is still hidden.
    I’d like to use your plugin because it looks the best.
    The WP template we’re using is Kallyas. d

    Thanks for your report.

    We cannot tell what’s going on without seeing it.

    Your explanation doesn’t provide any detail to troubleshoot too.

    It’s similar to “Your 3 pages are not loading in your site, two are working.” You need to see the pages to determine which pages and what’s wrong.

    I hope you can provide some more info and details for use to work upon. Page link where the flipbook is added will be best to have.

    Can you please tell me why the plugin isn’t working? Now 3 out of 5 keep loading. Is there a way that we can make it work?

    Hi,

    1. First don’t use multiple flipbook plugins at once. They load their own customized and different version of dependent libraries and conflict happen.

    You are using two different flipbook plugin in same page.
    Possibly you are testing plugins, Test them in different pages.

    2. Also if possible do not use multiple embedded flipbook in a page, please use lightboxes.

    3. Also some flipbooks are mentioning “Please set a valid document file source.”
    Set a PDF document for them to work. Since you are adding too many flipbooks, you might loose track which flipbook is which.

    1. I tried different ones because your plugin didn’t load, for now I deactivated them and it seems a little bit better
    2. Don’t have an option do make it like that, will keep on working the way i have it now? Or will it stay unstable like this?

    Hi,

    Flipbooks are like videos. If you have multiple videos running simultaniously on a page – then the page is likely to crash.

    So you have to take caution.
