2 noob Qs — Wordwrap and multi-site

Hi,

I am making a site for someone who wants a blog, but wants other people to maybe come into his area and blog with him in their own areas of the site. Is that what Multi-site means, and if so, do I have to choose it when creating the site, or can I opt into it later. The GoDaddy installer says I can opt into it later, but I don’t know how trustworthy it is.

Second Q–how do I set wordwrap on? My friend wants to put pics into their rants, and whenever we try it, the text refuses to wordwrap. Is there a toggle or mod I need?
