2 navbars : mobile and desktop

Hi,

Since the v4.1 update, I have both navbar (#mobile_navbar_wrapper & #navbar_wrapper) always visible.
The mobile navbar is sticked right below the main navbar…

I downgraded to 4.0.18 to solve the problem.

Am I the only one ?

I know that I could rule the issue with some css but i will not prefer…
