    yeah, me too. have several really urgent matters that need fixing asap, but they haven′t responded for like 3 weeks. I would like to switch but it is to much work at the moment. I have over 600 vendors and 10 000 products s? I must pay someone to create a migration plugin.

    their support is not good.

    In the beginning the support were very good, but that was three years ago, but something happened after covid it got a lot worse.
