• Hi, any reason why, when placing 2 different modal forms (via do_shortcode) on the same page, the first one works perfectly but the second one just absolutely refuses to trigger?
    Thanks for your reply?

Hi Jeff, thanks for using Caldera Forms. Does the issue persist when you use Caldera Forms’s own modal functionality and not do_shortcode? https://calderaforms.com/doc/caldera-forms-shortcode/

It works within wordpress wysiwyg editor apparently.
However, with do_shortcode, when there is 2 modals 1 on page, First modal works but there is not sign in the DOM of any code related to the second one.

Why did you flag this as solved while it clearly isn’t?

Marking threads as resolved is the only way we have to differentiate between threads we’ve responded to and threads that are still awaiting a response. We get several of these every day. If this system is dissatisfactory to you, I’d highly encourage you to open an issue in www.remarpro.com meta to give support teams like mine more tools to better serve you.

I’m going to mark this thread as resolved again because you said that the 2 modals do work using Caldera Forms’s modal shortcode, so I don’t completely understand what else you need help with. Please feel free to reopen the thread if you need to clarify the problem and I’ll do my best to help.

If your project requires you to call the two modals using do_shortcode(), you can open an enhancement request on our GitHub here and Josh will take a look: https://github.com/CalderaWP/Caldera-Forms/issues/new. Please note that this isn’t a custom development channel, this is how we collect requests and discussions surrounding bugs, enhancements and suggestions. We will get to these threads as it makes sense within our development cycle.

If the issue is pressing, I would recommend reaching out to one of our Caldera Forms implementation partners to make this possible for your project: https://calderaforms.com/caldera-forms-services/

Replied/unreplied as NOTHING not do with resolved/not resolved.
The way you manage your canned responses is your own problem.
You’re just trying to make people believe there is a support when there is none.
Kindly leave this as not resolved until it’s proven resolved
