2 issues with Nmedia File Uploader

My first issues is that i see this warning on my website page: “Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\10885838\html\wp-content\plugins\nmedia-user-file-uploader\nm_fileuploader.php on line 96 “

the password is “test”My second issues is that, I can upload a file correctly but in WP admin end i cannot view the files that a user has uploaded. When i click on a file to see it i get this error page https://iwebsbuilder.com/wp-content/uploads/user_uploads/test1/i.JPG for a image.
I then tried a MS word document and i get this error https://iwebsbuilder.com/wp-content/uploads/user_uploads/test1/Business%20Plan.docxi just saw that in my test account that after i uploaded 3 different types of files it says “(0 KiB) ” so no files were uploaded.
