2 Issues – Missing Button & Permissions Error

Both issues are apparently related.

Do you see the option ‘Optimize Database’ in the ‘WP Admin Panel ? Tools’ menu?

What is the URL of the ‘insufficient permissions’ page?
That should look something like:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=rvg-optimize-db.php

BTW: The ‘insufficient permissions’ page doesn’t really has to with permissions but it’s more like a 404 (page not found) message.

No I do not see the “Optimize Database” option in the Tools menu at the WP Admin panel.

You are correct, the file causing the error is: https://bgchampionship.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=rvg-optimize-db.php

Hummm… weird…

I assume my plugin is correctly installed in the right directory?
(/wp-content/plugins/rvg-optimize-database/)

Do you have a lot of other plugins running?
You could try to disable all of them except for my plugin for a moment and see if it works then.
