2 Issues i need help with please!

    Hi,

    I have reviewed a few GDPR plugins and this one seems the best, however i am struggling with 2 specific parts:

    1) When i put an email address in, the DPO address receives a copy of the email, but no email is sent to the person/email requesting the information. Is this correct?

    2) When i click the link in the email that is sent to the DPO email address it takes me back to the page that was created by the plugin, however no information is displayed. It is the request form again.

    I have read other posts on this support page, i have tried multiple browsers and i have tried checking and un-checking the “don’t show comments” checkbox. But still no joy. Also when i click the “view page” button in the settings i only see the request form.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    1) No this is not correct and we don’t have the problem occur on our site.
    Can You please give us some more informations about your site? What plugins do you use?

    2) We are aware of this and it will be fixed in our next update.

    3) Yesterday we released a major update for the UI of the admin user. Do you still have te problem on this release?

    4) The “view page” button the settings. The settings is for the text inside the request form.

    Hi Kim,

    Thanks for your speedy reply. Yes Issue 3 have been resolved since last nights update.

    I can see that you have entered your email in the request box. My DPO mail address got a copy of the email and i can see your request in the back end at 15:33 UK time.

    I have a number of plugins. I have disabled them all bar yours and still the same problem re the email.

    Plugins are:

    Admin Bar Disabler
    Deactivate
    Disable the WP Admin Bar in 3.1+ entirely, or only for roles and capabilities which aren’t in the ‘whitelist’ or ‘blacklist’.
