    Hi!

I have used this calendar before and always seem to have the most issues on Chrome (go figure). But it is the simplest to merge my Google Calendar to my site so for that I THANK you!

Here are where the calendars are/the issues:
    https://navigateom.com/calendar
    https://navigateom.com/calendar/classes

I am viewing this on Chrome. The calendar page just gives a 404 error. The “classes” calendar looks fine, but when you hover over an item, you don’t see it popup. I’ve tried clicking on it and nothing. If I scroll down the page I can sometimes see the hover lower on the page towards the footer over where I have some Instagram photos. I have had this error since before the instagram plugin but again with this same theme.

I am using the BeTheme purchased from Themeforest/Envato/MuffinGroup.

How can I fix? I have already tried deactivating all other plugins to no avail. I do not want to change my theme over one simple plugin.

Have you tested the theme for conflicts though? Try going through this: https://docs.simplecalendar.io/troubleshooting-theme-plugin-widget-conflicts/

I know you said you tried against other plugins already, but if it is a theme issue we need to find that out first so we don’t go digging for no reason.

    Thanks!

Tested for theme conflicts to no avail. The problem still exists.

    For the 404 error:

calendar is the post type so that could be what is causing some issues here. Is that just a page with the name “Calendar” that you are adding the shortcode to? You might try refreshing your permalinks to see if that helps.

    For the hover issue:

This is an issue we are working on but have not determined what is the cause of it yet. I think you are maybe the 3rd or 4th person that has pointed this out, but we are not able to reproduce the issue on our end (in Chrome) so we think there has to be some sort of conflict somewhere, but we just don’;t know quite yet.

I never created a page. I created new calendars and when viewing them they have the /calendar before hand. So I created one called “classes”. The URL is navigateom.com/calendar/classes – I never set it to be this. The /calendar was already attached…how do I access this extension? I assumed it would just link to a calendar with all calendars merged into one. Is this not correct?

My goal: I’d like navigateom.com/calendar to just be one calendar that shows all classes and events and I can color code as necessary.

Ok no that won’t be possible because the plugin creates a post type named “Calendar” so that is why you have the /calendar in the URL. Then it will take the name of the post (Calendar) that you make and add that to the link: /calendar/{title} so that’s why you end up with /calendar/classes automatically. There is not a way to just use /calendar by itself, unless you make a page called “Calendar” and then add the shortcode for the calendar you want into that page.

    Hello,

We are going to assume this has been resolved since there hasn’t been a response recently. If you have any further questions please let us know.

    Thanks!

The /calendar was resolved (total user error) but the hover still isn’t working and is unresolved.

Glad to hear you got that resolved. The hover issue is still something we are working on.
