Hi korfiati_a. If you’re creating a standard post with images and text, I don’t know that you’d need a child theme. Based on the link you posted and what you’ve described it sounds like you want a post with:
a large image at the top
some text
image image
more text
image image
more text

When i was going over the default hueman theme that time i found that we can do two posts side by side but sorry i dont know know how to do that but that time i i got that we can do side by side like stuff in hueman please ask bdbrown may be he knows how to do that !
