    If for the same IP, the same mobile phone format there are two identities, should we conclude that it corresponds to 2 devices for the same person? Maybe 2 different people in the same place? (couple, friends, etc.)

    Yes, it is probably two people connecting to the same public WiFi network (i.e. in their office) or something along those lines. This is where our new browser fingerprint feature really comes in handy.
