2 Home Page links on main page?

I have 2 ‘HOME’ page buttons showing in my navigation bar. They both go to different pages in my blog, but not to the page I want to have as my Home Page.
I am using the theme ‘Icandy’ with my own photo as the header.

How can I re-name 1 of the ‘Home’ page buttons to actually go to my desired Homepage and delete the other ‘Homepage’ button?
