2 galleries, 2 different functions

As the title suggests, I am trying to build 2 galleries that accomplish 2 different functions.(one function per gallery) One that works perfectly,
https://www.rockonmusicaz.com/our-store/store-photos/The other one I had to use Fancybox2, because I couldnt figure out if Nextgen could do this.( https://www.rockonmusicaz.com/events/meet-greet/ note how if flyer clicked, it brings up gallery) Only problem is, Fancybox2 takes over my site completely and screws up other images. Is nextgen capable of doing one thing for a gallery, and a completely different thing for another? Please help
