2 Forms | Only One Sends

    I have 2 forms: a complex form inside a member’s area, and a simple contact form on a public page. The simple one is dead in the water. I’ve tried everything I can think of to coax it to life.

    Stripped it of conditionals, shut off ajax a few times, taken off reCaptcha, deleted and rebuilt it, placed it inside the member’s area (just to see). I’ve changed themes and STILL, when submitted, it spins, doesn’t supply success message, doesn’t redirect, doesn’t clear the form, and doesn’t send.

    I’ve compared mailers and processors, still nothing, and all the while, the complex form just keeps chugging happily along.

    Anyone have any clues what might be going on?

    (Running on a Customizr theme, but I’ve changed to default several times)

    interesting. I have not come across a clash of multiple forms before.
    is it online somewhere that I can take a look?

    I’ve worked with a lot of forms in the past, and can usually figure out what’s gone wrong (it’s usually been me ;), but I’m at a loss this time.

    Uh oh. I thought my complex form was working nicely, but it’s not redirecting.
    url is appended with /?page_id=75&preview=true&cf_preview=CF554ef17378ac1&cf_id=11 and dropping user back onto start of form.

    It submits info fine, and I’m able to capture it both through Contact Form DB as well as submission to my G-Mail acct. Just need redir to work now, and the simple contact to work.

    BTW, I turned off S2M to see if that was interrupting the behavior of the contact form. No help.

    Cancel that last message.
    I was testing in preview mode rather than logging out and actually going to the page. Contact form still a no go. (Phew!)

    David, I’m in a bit of a hurry to get this working, so I’m leaving the complex form as is, and temporarily substituting the simple contact form with a different plugin.

    I haven’t given up, just don’t have the time to troubleshoot right now.

    I’ll let you know when I’m ready to duke it out with digital crap ??
