2 equal shops content in multisite

Hi guys,
I wondering to know if is exist a way to have 2 instances of a shop into a multisite.
I mean something like a
MASTER shop in a domain with a template A
and a CHILD shop in an other domain with a template B
I do know different domains and templates are possible,

what I want to know if is there a way that I can sync a second shop,
as all changes into the shop A would be present in the shop B
