    Hi folks,

    last week I’ve purchased your plugin, but it does not work. If I go to settings/new user approve I will directly redirect to home?

    I’ve wrote 2 eMails – one by deactivating plugin and one over your contact-form on your website. Until now I didn’t get any answer. If you don’t have time, no problem but please give money back for purchase and I will look for other plugin – thx.

    I know, that is the support for free plugin. But as I wrote you before, I didn’t get any eMail so I can’t follow up to your answer. Is there any option you send me the answer again or do you have a support-forum for purchased plugins, where I can log in?

    OK, perfect – I will do, but I don’t know where. I’ve purchased it here newuserapprove.com but I don’t see any link to support forum. If I go to wpexperts.io I only see in footer Services / Support. If I go there I need an Envato purchase code to create a ticket, but that code I don’t have, because I purchased directly on newuserapprove.com.

    Please tell me, where I can open a support ticket?
