I installed soup then there was an update to the plugin literally like next day, not thinking much of it i just hit the regular “update” button and it updated, now i’m stuck with an outdated version of the plugin and an up to date version, if i try to remove the old version it removes both of them, if i remove both and install only the new version the old version reappears in the plugin list.

    What do i do?

    Thanks

I’m sorry – this is an error that occurred as a result of changing a filename in anticipation of providing language pack support in the near future.

    To fix this issue:

    1. Use FTP to navigate to wp-content/plugins/soup-show-off-upcoming-posts/
    2. Delete soup-upcoming-posts-widget.php
    3. Reactivate SOUP

Sorry for the frustration, but thank you for bringing it to my attention. Let me know if this fix doesn’t work for you.
