2 currencies with 2 different payment methods

Hello

I need to make an store using woocommerce. Something simple. BUt each product must to have 2 different currencies : USD and ARS(pesos argentinos)
I think this plugin is useful but i neeed to ask :

1 – can I set the fixed price of each product in bith currencies? (i mena, NOT with exchange rate but fixed price, like : USD100 and ARS4000
2 – is possible to assign a different payment methods reagding the currenciy chosen?

I mean :
if the client choose USD appears Paypal to make the payment
if the client choose ARS appears MercadoPago (is an Argentine payment module) to make the payment.
