2 contact forms in the same page?

    Hi! I need to create two different contact forms in the same article.
    So far it looks like when ever I try creating a second form, it actually updates the first one.

    I tried copying the shortcode from the first one and modify it, vut only the first one appears.

    Is there anyway to achieve this feat?

    Thanks for the suggestion! We’re aware of this limitation, and have discussed it a bit in the past. I’m not aware of any immediate plans to allow multiple contact forms on the same page. But you can follow along with our discussion and any progress here:
