2 configuration errors found

Please post a screenshot of the errors in the Mail tab and the Form configuration.

Be sure to scroll down and look at each field on the form. In my experience, I received a message at the top of my screen saying that a configuration error was found, but the actual error was typed in red text next to or beneath the field that had the error.
