    Dear support team.
I have following problem I created 2 columns form and it is shown as 2 columns in firefox, but in chrome it is only 1 column (viewing on the same monitor). Any idea how to fix it? (I cleared browser cache and regenerated css cache in oxygen.

To be able to see that page you need to log in. I created the test account for that purpose.
    Login: forminator

    Hi @aesin,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It looks like you have masked the default WP login URL. Since I couldn’t log in, I couldn’t check this issue.

Can you please export the form and share it using Google Drive or DropBox?

    HI @aesin

    Thanks for sharing the form.

I’ve imported it to my test site and, with Twenty Twenty-One theme and only Forminator plugin enabled, this is how I see it in browsers:

    2022-01-10_15-44-04

I checked with latest Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Opera, on two screens – in every case it was the same.

Since it’s happening for you in specific browser only, can you make sure that (I apologize if that is obvious) the browser is not actually “zoomed in” (e.g. set to display in 200% size or similar) – this could trigger responsive layout change resulting in one column.

If that’s not the case then it’d be most likely related to theme or some CSS coming from other plugins but in such case it would be best if we could see the form directly on the site in question so would it be possible to “expose” some page with test form where we could see it without the need to log in?

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hi Adam.
Unfortunately it was not zoomed and I checked on 3 devices it was the same. It seems it is somehow connected to the existing plugins. Unfortunately I can’t make it accessible for now, but I will come back here as soon as website goes online (it is not such a big problem after all). Thank you for your help.
    Stay healthy.
    Cheers,
    Anton
