2 bugs found on Word Press RTL language version

Hello,
1. Last Posts widget does not have an option to hide the title from showing up on the front End side menu.

2. Posts Admin page display has an issue on title column. It shows one letter of the post name, brakes to the second letter, brakes to the thierd and so on.
Title is shown like this:
