• There are currently two significant problems users should be aware of:

    1. Empty Payment Options Display: When using multi-payment plugins (such as “WooPayments”), the payment options appear empty, making it impossible to identify which payment option you’re modifying in the settings.
    2. Non-functional “Paid Status” Feature: The “Paid Status” toggle appears to have no effect. Despite setting orders to “NOT PAID” (toggle off), customers don’t see any payment options for their open orders in the overview. This raises questions about the functionality of this feature.

    Are there any planned fixes or explanations for these issues? I’ve already sent a support email regarding these problems but haven’t received a response in quite some time since my last communication.

    I forgot to add, payment status do not change to the payment status you set in the settings when using something like “Woopayments.”

    So let’s say I set the settings to order status “Order Paid” or something like that, it will not get that order status after successful payment.
