2. Billing Info – required fields

  • Hi,
    in ‘2. Billing Info’ there are several fields set as required e.g. First Name, Last Name, Company… (also set in the TCPBillingBox). But after clicking ‘Continue’ the only really required field is ‘E-mail’ (the other fields can be empty).
    How can I fix this?

    Hi,

    Could you take a look to TheCartPress Settings/Checkout Editor.You can edit each box settings, by clicking on a little triangle at the right top of each box.

    You can set what fields must be required, hide them, and sort them.

    Thanks for your answer.
    I had a look at Settings/Checkout Editor/TCPBillingBox before and e.g. First name: was set required as default but didn’t work.
    What I did now also without changing anything I saved it and now all required fields are required.
