    Hello,

    I am unable to get the negotiated rates for SUREPOST to show in checkout. I have a SUREPOST account number with UPS and a different UPS account number. How do I list both account numbers on the UPS account number field? Or how do I get both my negotiated rates for UPS to Populate and also negotiated rates for SUREPOST – both to populate as options for customer to select for shipping?

    Hi @sanigirl2018,

    At this point, our plugin allows you to connect one UPS account to display rates. Is there any reason why SUREPOST rates are on a separate account?

    Hello, thank you. So then, I put in only theaccount for the surepost rates and saved it on the UPS account number field on the UPS LIve Rates Tab. I then did test orders and I can not get my negitiated rates to pull into woocommerce order checkout. It is only pulling in the list price for surepost. please see screen schots from my UPS.com account and sanigirl.com account for this test order

    I had also contacted UPS tech support to see if this was on their end, and I just received this message and am not sure how to respond to this, any insights or help would be greatly appreciated to try to figure out why these rates are not pulling in. thank you Susan
