2.50 stopping webhooks from running

    We are using WP 2FA on website using Gravity forms for donations and the CiviCRM plugin.

    Prior to version 2.5 when a user donated through our donation form the donation was recorded in civi through a webhook. As soon as we upgraded the donation stopped getting recorded. We debugged by reverting to the default WordPress theme and deactivated and reactive plugins one by one. The issue only occurs with WP 2FA 2.5 installed.

    The website in question is running WordPress 5.9.7 however we have tested it on a staging site with 6.2.2 and are still getting the same issue.

    As soon as we roll back to 2.4.2 it starts working again.

    Is this part of a known issue?

    Thank you for using our plugin. I am sorry to read about your issue. This is not a known issue. First we need to better understand your setup.

    Can you please send us the system information file via email at [email protected]? This file includes information about your website and our plugin’s setup so we can better understand how it is configured. You can get the system information file from the?System Info?tab in the?Help & Contact Us?section in the plugin.

    Please do not share such file on these forums since it contains information about the setup of your website.

    Hi Robert,

    Did this ever get looked at? I was hoping that this may have been fixed in some of the recent releases. With the recent updates with your plugin the issue has become critical. So far any updates beyond 2.4.2 stop webhooks from working with CiviCRM. I have a staging site available for you to test.

    I’ve looked into our support ticketing system and I can’t find anything related to “Gravity forms for donatios” or to this URL etc.
