2.5.3 breaks selected date/time notifications

Updated to 2.5.3 and since doing so this morning it has broken guest/customer selection of date/time. Everything is coming in as same day even when next day order is enabled. We are using store timing extension as well. Not sure which side needs to be updated. We are using the current 1.9 store timing update as well.
