2.10 Messing with my Single Product tab ‘Size Chart’

  • I have a “Size Chart” tab in the Single page template, in ver 2.10 the HTML is stripped out of this tab. When i revert back to 2.7 the issue goes away. Something is escaping the HTML? The linked page is using ver 2.7,

  • I’m having exactly the same issue. I’ve reverted to 2.2.7 to resolve in the meantime as this is a critical part of selling Printful products, so I can’t have it not working.

    Hi @sarahdn – I have emailed Printful support but they dont really connect you with tech support.
    My take is that ver 2.10 code in the file ‘/includes/class-printful-size-chart-tab.php’ is escaping?the HTML and doesn’t need to.
    I have updated to ver 2.10 but uploaded the file above from ver 2.7 and turned off automatic updates. Seems to work Okay. Perhpas they will address this issue in the next update… perhaps not.

    Hi @brettkan thanks for sharing, that’s a more sophisticated fix than my reversion to 2.7, I will look to do the same.
    Printful support told me they currently support up to WooCommerce version 8.2.2; and WordPress version 6.4.3. I’ve fed in the obvious need to update their plugin, so fingers crossed…

    Edit sorry I can’t delete this. I’ve updated again and it works with Brett’s fix. {@brettkan I’ve done the same solution as you but can’t add to product image gallery or switch between visual and text editors. Do you have this issue too? Am trying to see where it’s coming from.}
