    Hi @drukpa108 ,

    After updating our plugin, kindly make sure you have cleared caches from your site and browser completely before checking again.

    If you still can’t resolve it, you can kindly make a support thread and provide us with a screen recording video of the issue on your site so that we can troubleshoot the issue.

    I checked version 2.1.2 on our dev site but didn’t encounter any critical error. There might be something conflicting with our plugin on your site.

    You might want to check out version 2.1.3 that our developers just released a few hours ago. Remember to clear the caches before checking.

    Please make sure you check it in an Incognito tab and clear the caches from both your site and browser.

    If possible, please create a support thread and provide us with some images of the issues on your site. I will check and report to our developers.
