2.016 Removes class settings from body tag

    The class setting is removed from the body tag. All that comes through is a totally blank body tag. <body> Nothing else included.

    Turning off Lazy Load Images and Cross-origin Safe Links seems to fix the problem.

    Please update 2.0.17 and clear cache by using “Purge All Cache” option to reflect current update settings.
