I did the update and now Printify is missing from the admin menu…
Does anyone check things before sending it out to the Public?
Will it get fixed any time soon???

I did the update and it removed all of my shipping methods. I have it deactivated now.

@gorbondanko : the new version doesn’t have a link in the admin menu to be compliant with WordPress policies.
We fixed some issues in this version and monitoring how our merchants are using it. We will release a new version very soon with more fixes.@baldemotions : We identified an issue regarding the shipping methods. This will be fixed in the new version. We expect to release this version in few days

This still isnt fixed after a week and some days. This is terrible. My client is going nuts because this company can’t put out and test first before releasing a plug in.

We released a fix in the 2.1 version available since Tuesday.
Can you try to upgrade your plugin to this version and it should be fixed.
If the issue is still occurring feel free to add a post here and I will investigate.
Thank youJust installed 2.1 and there is no menu item in WordPress admin. Everything is a brand new installation. WordPress, WooCommerce, etc… and I have followed the steps to enable the REST API under legacy settings.
Please advise. How can I get this to work? I need to move forward with my store development.

We released today a 2.2 version with some bug fixes so please feel free to upgrade to the 2.2
Regarding the menu item in WordPress Admin. In version 2 there is no link in the menu anymore.
The plugin is working and if you are trying to use it (Add products to your cart) does it calculate the shipping costs correctly?Please let me know if there is any issues with version 2.2 as well.

I appreciate the new release and have updated it to 2.2. However, having watched your instructional videos on youtube that direct me to use the Printify menu option to finish the setup between woocommerce and printify, I am lost.
I do not know where to go to finish the configuration and get printify working on my site. I have looked under WooCommerce extension settings but did not find anything. Please advise.

ThanksI wish you all would test your plugin version period!!! V.2.0, 2.1, 2.2. THEY ALL ARE F UP. THIS SH** DON’T WORK!!! You found a old, out dated video, and the problems that are happening aren’t even covered. Let me break it down clearly again:
1) Printify is no longer shown in my menu what so ever!!!!
Its gone and disappeared. It no longer shows yet its listed in my plugins as being active and now updated as version 2.2.
2) I can’t connect my store to you guys nor see if there is a connection:
because of the same issue above
3) It just doesn’t work!!!
Because of both issues above.Seriously I’m temped to finding a better solution. It shouldn’t be this f*** hard. Before releasing a plug in, update or supposed fix (which none of these versions have done). TEST YOUR SHI**!!! Make sure it works the post and brag that there is a fix when clearly there isn’t!!

I understand that the plugin isn’t working as expected for you, and I will try to provide more details.
1/ We removed the link in the menu to Printify when we updated to 2.0. The plugin is here to help to calculate the shipping, please check if it works as expected.
The 2.1 and 2.2 were released to fix some compatibilities with other shipping plugins, it wasn’t related to the Printify link in the menu.
2/ You can check your connection in your Printify store, if there is an issue with your store connection and you are not able to publish products or get orders, feel free to reach out to me (francois/printify/com) or to our merchant support through your Printify admin.Please let me know here or directly via my email address how we can help to fix your store connection and we will investigate further to solve this issue as soon as possible.
