2-0-52 breaks smooth scroll

    I have 2-0-51-1 version of easy TOC plugin – your plugin. recently i updated to 2-0-52 but the issue is that my smooth scrolling to the HEADING (down or up the page), stops working. I have thus rollback to 2-0-51-1, until I received an update again for you. Hope you can check into the problem!
