    Hi, great plugin. Love the fact that its optimized for speed.

    How do I change the first message that it posts when a client opens it up? Its showing an old photo and I would prefer it posted another photo.

    hi — the photo in your chat widget is actually the facebook profile photo used by your facebook company page. so if you go into your page manager and change that image, the changes will be reflected in your plug-in, too.
