I like the domain name. it sounds official. I suggest changing the header image. You may also add a left sidebar to add symmetry.

I’m not sure what to put on the left sidebar. I really don’t want to distract from the content which can be dry and difficult to sit and read.

I like it. You used the template I’m considering. The image is good – though I think it could be bigger. Anyway of forcing the categories to be on one line instead of wrapping?

I increased the photo. You were right, it looks much better now. I’m still working on how to get rid of the wrapping categories. In the meantime, I made the category font smaller.
