1px stroke colour

    Found it. If anyone else needs to do this you need to look in
    WordPress Charts > edit > wp-charts/js/Chart.min.js
    and search for : segmentStrokeWidth

    You should be able to do this in the plugin code rather than the library code if you want to hack at it for now.
