  • I want to make my website (https://www.googlieyes.net) look like its from 1998.

    Similar to this site.

    Something that looks neglected and out of date, but on purpose. Also, is there something that will make the site run REALLY slow, as if it were on dial up?

    Obviously I am not going to make my main website act like this, as it would be … silly … to do so. But I want to make it an “option” to the end user. I would like for wordpress to manage it tho, rather than just make a seperate crappy version of my site and have to maintain it separately.

    Thoughts?
