    When create a recurring event some of the individual events (created by the recurring event) have the available from and the available to dates set to January 1970.

    Yes we can fix the individual events but some of the recurring events last for up to 1 year and have 5 events per week.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    do you have sample screenshot with this issue for us to see and analyze? also, this is happening on single recurrences at events > events ?

    Hi Angelo,

    We’ll try and get you a screenshot.

    We only use recurring events so can’t say if it happens when you create a single event.

    Hi Angelo,

    We are now also seeing events (that were open for bookings) closing without warning even though nothing has changed on the event in the backend.

    Customers who were able to book into an event yesterday are now calling to say the event is closed – we have screengrabs of this if want us to send them to you?
