Hi there, I contacted support about earlier today about an issue I was trying to solve (trying to get one menu item to stay displayed when the responsive menu kicks in and hides the menu).

Since trying to resolve that and experimenting with different settings, I can no longer see the responsive menu button at all. The menu disappears at the breakpoint specified but I can’t see the button or any of the menu items.

I’m developing locally so I don’t have a link, unfortunately. Do you have any ideas what could be happening?

I’m using the pro version. It happened with 1.7, I deleted and upgraded to 1.8 and I still have the issue.

Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi there,

Without being able to see the site it’s almost impossible to say.

Did you click the use shortcode option or the use single menu option? That is the only actual setting in the admin that could affect it showing or not.

    All the best

Thanks for getting back to me. I didn’t use those options. I have just resolved that issue – I had a css conflict, which I couldn’t see yesterday.

Sometimes it helps to step away from the screen for a day and you can find it straight away!

I tried numerous attempts to try and make my other query work – how to hide only 3 of 4 menu items and keeping one unhidden – but I’ve emailed you about that so I’ll leave it until you can reply to that one.

    Cheers.

    Hey there,

Oh yes it does, I know that all to well – been working on a bug all day now which I’m gonna give up on for now and come back to later as it’s driving me insane!

    All the best
