How to link to more than one category/tag?

Hey guys, I’ve done some searching in the codex, this forum, and on Google and haven’t been able to find an answer to this stupmer. Maybe I just can’t figure out what to search for!
Is it possible in WordPress to link to more than one tag? Kinda like a search, but not exactly. You know how with permalinks you can link to a tag like this: https://www.yoursite.com/tag/nameoftag/ (depending on your structure) and when you go that that URL it pulls up a list of all of your posts with that tag? Is there a way to pull up all of the posts that include two or more specific tags?
An optional solution would be if I could figure out how to pull up all of the posts that have a specific tag that are in one specific category. Same basic idea here.
Any help would be appreciated, you guys are awesome, thanks for your help!
