How to import via upload?

  • I have an install running on 2.3.3 and am moving to 2.5 on another server. Yet, there is no option to put the WordPress extended rss in the upload directory like you can with mt-import. And the limit to upload is a 2mb file. My backup file is 62mb. How can I do this?
