15 Thumbnail images with different sizes in ngg_featured folder

  • Hi ,
    There are 15 thumbnails of same pic with different sizes in ngg_featured folder i dont know what is causing them .

    Infact their used to be 36 files with different image sizes of a single pic .
    After i set settings in media to 0 they reduced to 16 .

    I am using nextgen gallery 2.0.33 plugin and i cant update to 2.0.40 as it doesnt show any gallerys on my site .

    I am feeling like i have done a very big blunder by using next gen gallery as the preferred gallery for my site now i cant transfer 200 gallery posts or instal new gallery plugin .

    Some one please help my ngg_featured folder is ballooning to a massive folder . ?? ??

    I’m not certain what you are referring to with this … what specific setting are you changing to 0?

    As far as not being able to update to the current version, that again is a different issue that really should not happen unless something else is interfering with the plugin. Did you check for possible conflicts with your current theme, or another plugin?

    The settings i am referring are settings -> Media -> image sizes .

    And other problems are i am not getting next button in set featured images to browse for other images .

    And yes i have already tried disabling all plugins and changing the theme to basic theme . even then next gen gallery 2.0.40 doesnt show any gallerys .

    I am basically completely stuck .
    I have already reported a bug issue ( about problem with update and next button) and provided complete ftp details with complete access and till now i did not get any response about what the problem is .

    I will provide again if anybody can solve this problem please

    It has been nearly 15 days since i have opened a bug report . I did not receive any response from you .

    I am not able to select images in my gallery featured post causing images with no heads or body getting displayed on my site .

    please give me atleast a solution . Just dont leave your users to wind .
