15 entries, but page is empty

  • Please, could you help me with this issue. I have two CF forms on my website and Contact Form CFDB7 as well.

    After some time I wanted to check leads but I figure out that even one form has some entries (15 in total), the data are missing.

    Another form showing data correctly.

    CF7 and CFDB7 latest version.

    I think, data edited from phpmyadmin.

    Submit data from frontend and check it.
