    Hi,

Today I notice that after I updated to 15.5 version of Yoast the Yoast editor on the product pages start loading and then disappeares.

However when I turn off the intense plugin it seems to be working fine.

@webmakers2011 We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with the plugin. Unfortunately as the Intense WordPress plugin appears to be a premium plugin and not available in the WordPress plugin repository, we aren’t able to test the issue to see if we can replicate it.

Can you please confirm you are using WordPress 5.6? You can check by clicking on the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check with your host provider. Please know that if you are using an older version of WordPress Core you may experience unexpected behavior with Yoast. This guide explains more: https://yoast.com/why-we-dont-support-old-wordpress-versions/

Also, can you please ensure that both the Intense WordPress plugin as well all your site’s other plugins and themes are up to date and using the most current version?

If you update WordPress and all your other plugins/themes to the most current version, does this resolve the issue?

Hi, yes everything is updated. The problem is only with 15.5 version and intense plugin.

The old version of Yoast is working, so it must be something included in the latest release.

    Best Regards,

@webmakers2011 Thanks for your reply and confirming that everything is up to date.

Can you please first confirm whether the issue still occurs when using a default theme such as TwentyNineteen, and only having the Yoast SEO and Intense plugin active?

If the issue does still occur with the TwentyNineteen theme and only Yoast SEO and the Intense plugin active, can you please check in your browser console to see whether any JavaScript errors are being output while the issue is occurring? We have a guide on how to check for JavaScript errors using the browser console feature here: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-find-javascript-errors-with-your-browsers-console/

I have just saw that Intense has a new version which for some reason was not in my plugins update menu and after the update for v 2.9.6 the problem is gone.
