• I post at least once a day, I’ve welcomed people to make comment/ to contribute. I feel there’s a technical reason why nobody is commenting. What am I doing wrong?

  • Start by removing the requirement for your users to have to be registered with an account to comment:

    Encourage your users to comment using their logged in Facebook account:

    Leave comments on other sites within your genre and build up your own reputation for commenting on other blogs.

    Have you tried to make a comment yourself to insure everything is set up correctly? Assuming there are no issues with the comment system, perhaps you can make a post/comment to ask why the membership isn’t commenting on your articles.

    Allowing guest comments opens the door to spambots. There are plugins that attempt to combat the issue, but the “cure” is oftentimes worse than the problem.

    Yeh I’ve tried to post as someone else and it doesn’t work. I got both my son and daughter to register and then try and post something, they could register but they can’t post anything
