1.4 Conflict with Suffusion

Just installed the 1.4 update. I think there is a conflict with the Suffusion theme which has built-in Mega Menus. With your earlier version the back-end Appearance->Menus worked fine. Now there is no way to add widgets to a menu and it looks like your code might be using some of the same identifiers as Suffusion. Here are a couple of screen captures:
