• After successfull installation of WP2.2 and Gallery2, I installed and activated WPG2 plugin and then the whole site disappeared completely (blank page) and also the backend!
    What could this be?
Thanks in advance for all help,

    Pieter

    Anyone?
“Someone” should have experienced this before.

I followed all the rules and everything worked fine, untill I activated the WPG2 plugin to integrate Gallery2 and WP.

Any help would be much appreciated because running out of time ??

Does your entire wordpress page go blank or just the WPG2 pages?

Maybe you can deactive the plugin by digging around in the database. This is not recommended if you don’t know what you’re doing though.

Thanks. The entire WP page and the entire backend went just completely blank.
So what I did then was deleting the whole WPG2 plugin with ftp. Then everything worked correct again. So in the meantime no WPG2 until I have a solution ??

I’m getting much the same thing with my WPG2 install. While I can still access the site, I have to prepend the url with www. instead of just the domain name as I was able to do before the install. I was also unable to get to log into the admin pages (kept sayin cookies weren’t enabled even though they were). I flattened the database and re-imported to pre-WPG2 status and everything worked fine again. After installing WPG2 a second time, same thing… Instead of re-importing the database again, I followed your advice and deleted the WPG2 plugin directory and everything is fine once again. Anyone have any ideas as to why this would be happening?
