Nothing in settings page for 1.4

  • After installing version 1.4 I go to the sexy comments settings page and no setting appear. Does this happen to anyone else?

    I installed version 1.0 off the authors website, and that works. When I upgraded from 1.0 to 1.4 the new version grabbed all of the settings from 1.0, but because the settings page doesn’t appear I can’t activate the ajax features.

    I’ve disabled all other plugins to see if there was any conflict, but that didn’t help.

    Any suggestions?

  • Did you try contacting the creator of the WordPress plugin? Does the author have a FAQ section? If I was in your shoes, the first person I would contact would be the guy the wrote the script.

    I did leave a message for the author, but haven’t heard back. I’m a little surprised that you can only download version 1.0 from the author’s website. I thought since others have downloaded version 1.4 they may know how to fix it.
