    Why does the plugin SOMETIMES redirect site visitors (administrator too) to 127.0.0.1 with ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error???

    Hi @medmall

    As administrator if you have enabled WP security > Brute force > Cookie based brute force prevention and you try access the wp-admin or wp-login.php it will redirect to 127.0.0.1. you have to use secret word url to access it. {siteurl}?{secretword}=1

    If you have visitor redirected to 127.0.0.1 their IP might be blocked.

    You can cross check WP Security > Blacklist manager > Blocked IPs

    Please make sure you have correct IP detection settings on as per another support topic.
